Earn trust before
recurring revenue.
This is a proposed commercial structure, not live pricing. It makes clear which assumptions need testing before a sales forecast is credible.
Proposed first commercial motion
- Scoped pilot fee: a fixed, written programme covering survey, setup, workflow configuration, adviser review and 90-day evaluation.
- Hardware and installation: selected partner equipment, connectivity and installation are separately quoted per farm and passed through transparently.
- Future software subscription: a recurring fee only after the product provides an active dashboard, task workflow, evidence record and support commitment.
- Expansion: more zones, crops or farm sites only when the original workflow has proven useful and supportable.
What must be measured
Time to install, device reliability, time spent by grower/adviser, alert usefulness, retained use, support load, hardware replacement cost and willingness to pay. Until these values are measured, no margin, lifetime-value or revenue claim is responsible.
Commercial guardrail
LivingShield should not bundle unknown hardware cost into a vague AI subscription. The customer needs to understand what is equipment, what is installation, what is software and what is expert support.
