What early funds create

- 25% field deployment: hardware partners, site surveys, installation, connectivity and replacements.
- 20% research and agronomy: pilot protocol, baseline, verification and result review.
- 10% responsible AI and security: data governance, quality checks, model evaluation and incident process.
- 10% operations: grower onboarding, training, support and pilot reporting.
