One farm question.
One bounded proof plan.
A founding pilot is not a product trial with vague expectations. It is a written, time-bound learning programme with agreed responsibilities, safety boundaries and measurable outputs.
Suitable first-pilot conditions
- A clearly defined crop block or management-zone question, rather than whole-farm monitoring.
- A grower owner and an independent adviser available to review field tasks and outcomes.
- Reasonable access for sensor installation, connectivity assessment and scheduled checks.
- Agreement that the pilot measures workflow quality and evidence—not promised yield or disease outcomes.
What the farm and advisers provide
Site context, relevant irrigation and crop records, agreed field access, regular observation and the right to challenge or reject a platform signal. The grower remains responsible for farm decisions.
What LivingShield must provide
Zone map, installation record, data-quality process, clear alert explanations, task workflow, exportable evidence and a 90-day review. Hardware is selected through supplier quotes and site survey—not a generic online bundle.
Before a pilot can start
LivingShield requires a named responsible entity, a monitored contact channel, signed scope, data/privacy terms, risk process, installation plan, supplier quotes, insurance and an agreed protocol. None are currently represented as complete on this concept site.
