0-3 months: design partner and technical survey
Select crop/farm question, map zones, supplier shortlist, governance, detailed bill of materials and testable pilot protocol.
3-6 months: founding pilot installation
Install 1-2 farms, validate data quality, train field teams and prove the observe-verify-record workflow.
6-12 months: multi-farm evidence
Run 6-10 structured pilots, improve the product, create labelled outcomes and measure workflow adoption and field value.
12-18 months: controlled expansion decision
Independent review of data, unit economics, reliability and early model performance. Expand only where the evidence supports it.
